Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size are possible as inventory allows. If we're out of the size you want, we may not be able to accommodate an exchange. Please contact us through email at hello@assgasket.com or our contact form to initiate an exchange.
Returns
We accept returns on new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with an extended return window during the December Holiday Period (Nov 1 - Dec 31st). Items bought during the Holiday Period will have an extended return period and are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. YES, you can try it on to assess fitment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If rejected an explanation may be given.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Pro-Deal Sales
Pro-Deals sales are final, i.e. no returns on Pro-Deal purchases. Pro-Deal purchases may be exchanged for a different size.
Warranty
We stand behind our products. Ass Gaskets are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended.
This doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, crashes, misuse, or product changes.
If there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it, replace it, or refund it. Proof of purchase is required, and we may ask you to send the product in for inspection.

Shipping
Return shipping labels and instructions will be issued upon approval of your return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
